He has worked on a wide range of initiatives including FP&A management, cash flow planning, and successful equity raises ranging from venture stage companies to an IPO. His professional hallmarks are his quick-deployment approach to crisis management, his rapid assessment of the issues at hand and his drive to get real results.
Ben started with Briggs as a Director, then Managing Director in our corporate restructuring group, specializing in corporate turnarounds, restructuring, and repositioning companies for growth. At Briggs Capital, he now serves as a finance leader with a successful record of production in high pressure and time sensitive situations.
Ben started his career at a national CPA firm, serving owner-managed and entrepreneurial companies with up to $100M in revenues. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Turnaround Analyst (CTA).
