Earl Munroe, Managing Director

"Articulating value of a business always ends with the numbers. But it starts with the understanding of a company's positioning, value proposition, market opportunities and all the intangibles that drive success—and that applies to any vertical. The fundamentals have to be there.""

Earl Munroe has sixteen years of experience working in business from a legal as well as a financial perspective.  After receiving his degree in finance, a Jurist-Doctorate, together with post-doctorate education and training in domestic and international banking law, Earl joined Deloitte & Touche in New York as a consultant.  In New York, he worked on transactions involving many Fortune 500 companies. Earl left Deloitte & Touche to start his own firm, Munroe & Chew.  Earl has broad-ranging experience representing companies in real estate development, mining, banking, international trade, professional services and technology.

Earl has represented hundreds of companies. His experience includes assisting companies in the expansion of their operations, acquisition and maintenance of domestic and international property rights and licenses, due diligence, and franchising as well as extensive experience assisting companies in loan and debt workouts and bankruptcy proceedings.
