Jose Goldner has over 15 years of experience buying, selling and marketing real estate in Central America. His experience mainly includes oceanfront real estate acquisitions, government land concessions, property management, and Internet real estate marketing.

As a consultant to local and federal government agencies in Panama, Jose Goldner brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and connections to Briggs Capital.  Mr. Goldner’s expertise is in infrastructure growth and foreign investment incentives in Panama and Latin America.  Furthermore, he has been at the forefront of land titling issues in the country of Panama; lobbying for the interests of investors interested in coastal land and island acquisitions.

On a local level, Mr. Goldner has been instrumental in branding the southern end of Panama’s Azuero Peninsula as a destination for high-net-worth individuals with interests in recreational water sports (fishing, surfing and diving).  His knowledge of local market conditions and drive to put Azuero “on the map” has created tens of millions of dollars in equity for his investment partners since 2004.
