Philip Leahy, Director of Construction Management

Philip Leahy has over thirty years of construction experience in all facets of building construction as a licensed builder and Project Manager of multi million dollar commercial projects. His experience covers a broad range of projects including hospitals, airline terminals, freezer storage, office warehouse, and multi unit housing. Prior to joining the Briggs team, Phil was a Project Manager with Modern Continental, Macomber, and Spaulding Slye Colliers. He was actively involved in all phases of construction including design, budget, schedule, cost accounting, buyout, and building. Phil has overseen projects from start to finish and has a proven track record of completing projects on budget and on time.

Philip holds a current Massachusetts unrestricted builders license which he has held for 20+ years. He is currently a member of the North Attleboro Municipal Building Committee of which he has been a member since its inception four years ago, prior to that he was a member of the Police Building committee in North Attleboro.
